Job summary

FORTUNA AIR-CONDITIONING & ELECTRICAL PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a BIM drafter to develop accurate BIM models and drawings for projects. You will produce 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, Revit MEP, Navisworks and other BIM software.

Responsibilities include ensuring drawings comply with project specs and BIM Execution Plans, assisting with M&E drawings, and coordinating with project engineers, site teams, consultants, and contractors to align on designs.

Qualifications

• Experience creating BIM models and shop drawings.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans and project standards.

• Produce 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using AutoCAD, Revit, Revit MEP, Navisworks and other applicable BIM software.
• Ensure all drawings and BIM models comply with project specifications, consultant requirements, authority requirements, company standards and BIM Execution Plan, where applicable.
