Job summary

NAKANO SINGAPORE (PTE) LTD is seeking a meticulous BIM drafter to prepare architectural and structural shop drawings using Revit. You will extract data from 3D models, resolve discrepancies with the Engineering and Project teams, and develop as-built drawings for handover to clients and consultants.

You will also support tender bids with floor plan and sectional drawings, attend BIM meetings, and ensure all drawings are delivered on time according to client and consultant needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in producing architectural/structural shop drawings using Revit.
• Ability to extract data from 3D models and translate into shop drawings.
• Coordinate with Engineering Department and Project Team to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and structural detailed shop drawings and working drawings in Revit in line with project construction.
• Provide BIM coordination support to the project team with timely, accurate information.
• Extract information from 3D Revit models to develop shop drawings and resolve drawing discrepancies with Engineering and Project teams.
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications per client-consultant needs.
• Create as-built drawings for project handover to clients and consultants.
• Assist with tender bids/drawings by developing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.
• Attend technical/BIM meetings as required.
• Ensure all required drawings are completed on time.

Job description

1. Responsible for the preparation of architectural detailed shop-drawings and working drawings (Architectural / Structural) using Revit and ensuring that design and detail confirms to project construction.
2. Assist Project Team by providing timely BIM Coordination and best of knowledge with accurate information for construction.
3. To extract information from 3D Revit and develop the shop-drawings and resolve discrepancies in the drawings with Engineering Department & Project Team.
4. Develop detailed drawings and specifications according to Client-Consultant's needs / request.
5. Develop As-built drawing for submission / handover of the project completion to client / consultants.
6. To assist with Tender Bids / Drawings by developing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.
7. To attend Technical / BIM meeting when required.
8. Ensure all required drawing is completed on-time.
