ONESYSTEMS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeller to create, develop, and manage Building Information Models to support design, coordination, and construction. You will collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accurate model data and compliance with standards.

The role requires strong BIM software skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with project teams to deliver precise drawings and documentation.

Competenze

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or Architectural Engineering with relevant construction industry experience.
• 1–3 years of drafting/M&E/technical drawings experience in architectural or construction-related industries.
• Proficient in BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Able to read and interpret drawings.
• Good interpersonal skills and team player.

Job Summary

The BIM Modeller will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing Building Information Models (BIM) to support project design, coordination, and construction. This role requires strong technical skills in BIM software, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with project teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of model data.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs.
• Calculate dimensions, weight limitations and requirements in materials.
• Describe production methods step-by-step (including equipment and software types to be used).
• Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Design diagrams, maps and layouts to illustrate workflow.
• Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team.
• Identify potential operational issues and redesign products to improve functionality.
• Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Architectural Engineering with relevant working experience in Construction industry.
• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in drafting of M&E/Technical drawings in architectural, construction related industries.
• Must be proficient in BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCad and MS Office.
• Able to read and interpret drawings.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Positive working attitude and a good team player.
