Job description

1. Duty & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings for mechanical and electrical systems based on project specifications.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, updated, and adhere to company and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure drawings reflect the design intent.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and contractors to gather necessary inputs for drafting.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other required documentation.
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to M&E drawings during project execution.
• Provide technical advice and recommendations to ensure design feasibility.
• Conduct clash detection, issue resolution, and model validation using advanced BIM tools.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of drawings.
• Any jobs or tasks assigned by superior and above.

2. Requirement

• At least 5 years of BIM and VDC experience, having completed one full project cycle.
• Diploma in Electrical/ Electrical Communication Engineering or relevant field.
• Proven experience in drawing.
