Job summary

Pump Feed Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BIM Technician to develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks for multi-disciplinary projects in Singapore.

You will produce construction and as-built drawings, and ensure alignment with project specs and authority requirements. The role involves coordinating BIM models across architectural, structural and M&E disciplines, reporting clashes, updating models as projects progress, and preparing final BIM deliverables

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, detailed drawings and as-built drawings.
• Develop BIM models for architectural, structural and M&E services, according to project requirements.
• Ensure drawings and models comply with approved design drawings, project specifications and authority requirements.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural and M&E disciplines.
• Identify and report clashes between pipes, ducts, cable trays, structural elements and other building services.
• Assist the engineering team in resolving clashes and updating coordinated models.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings and incorporate agreed changes.
• Update as-built drawings and BIM models based on actual completed works.
• Incorporate approved site changes and installation records.
• Assist in preparing final BIM models and documentation for project handover.
• Ensure drawings and models are submitted according to project requirements.
