Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Technician with expertise in MEP modelling to join our construction team in Alexandra. You will prepare electrical shop drawings and update MEP models using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring adherence to project specs.

You will coordinate drawing revisions with project teams, assist with BIM documentation and support the Project Manager to help drive project completion. The role is based at Alexandra with a 6-day work week and standard office hours.

Qualifications

• ITE / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have Revit experience in MEP Modelling.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.

• Produce and modify MEP models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ensure drawings meet project specifications and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams on drawing revisions and updates.

Salary: Up to $4,300 Basic + Variable Bonus + Annual Bonus

Location: Alexandra

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:30pm | Sat 8:00am-4:00pm

Working Days: 6 Days
