Job summary

Oneness Holdings is seeking an Electrical BIM Modeller to develop and coordinate BIM models and drawings for Singapore residential projects. The role requires hands-on Revit and AutoCAD experience and strong M&E coordination with multidisciplinary teams on HDB or condominium schemes.

The successful candidate will work closely with project engineers, site teams, and consultants to ensure accuracy, clash-free coordination, and adherence to submission standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM, or related discipline.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of Electrical systems and M&E coordination.
• Hands-on Electrical BIM Modeller experience in Singapore HDB or Condominium residential projects.
• Candidates without HDB or Condo Electrical BIM experience will not be considered.
