Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Modeller to create, update, and manage detailed 3D MEP models and construction documentation, with a focus on electrical shop drawings.

The role requires AutoCAD and Revit proficiency, a relevant electrical engineering qualification, and strong collaboration with project teams to ensure timely, compliant deliverables.

Employment offers a basic salary up to 4,300 SGD plus bonuses, AWS, and 14 days annual leave, with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
• Must have experience in Revit.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MEP Modelling in Revit to produce and modify technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Electrical shop drawings based on as-built drawings and submit them within project timelines
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements to maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with project teams to update and amend drawings accurately, supporting project progress and coordination
• Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for record-keeping and BIM process submissions to enhance project tracking
• Support the Project Manager by contributing to project completion tasks and handling ad-hoc assignments as needed

About the role

BIM Modeller creates, updates, and manages detailed 3D digital models and construction documentation for MEP. The role involves preparing and managing electrical shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications, supporting BIM documentation processes, and assisting project management to drive successful project completion.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Electrical shop drawings based on as-built drawings and submit them within project timelines

• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements to maintain quality standards
