Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Modeller (Electrical) for a 6-month contract to develop and manage BIM models for electrical services on the TUAS site.

The role requires experience with Revit (MEP) and coordination with other disciplines, and involves producing detailed 3D models and shop drawings. You will update BIM standards, support clash detection, and ensure drawings comply with project requirements. Office is at King George's Ave; site travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Familiar with BIM coordination and drawing production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update BIM models for Electrical services using Revit.
• Prepare detailed 3D models for electrical systems including cable trays, trunking, conduits and equipment layouts.
• Produce shop drawings and coordination drawings based on BIM models.
• Support clash detection and coordination with other disciplines (Mechanical, Architectural and Civil).
• Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM standards and requirements. Update models based on design changes and site conditions.
• Assist engineers and BIM coordinators with model updates and project documentation.

BIM Modeller (Electrical) - 6 Months Contract

Office: King George's Ave

Project Site: TUAS areas (Transport provided for designation MRT station to site office)

Salary: $3500 to $4200
Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm, Sat may need works depends on site (if works 8 hours can claim allowances)

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related field
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD.
• At least 2 years’ experience in construction or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Familiar with BIM coordination processes and drawing production
