Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is looking for an Electrical / M&E BIM Modeller (Revit) based at Kent Ridge, Singapore. The role focuses on producing installation details, shop drawings and BIM-based layouts for electrical systems.

You will design and modify electrical circuits, cable containment routing, and 2D/3D BIM views while coordinating with project teams, clients and consultants to ensure accurate design and clash-free models.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Able to read and visualise electrical systems and equipment drawings.
• Able to create and modify electrical circuits based on project specifications.
• Able to create and modify cable containment routing based on specifications and site requirements.
• Able to prepare 2D and 3D electrical views from BIM models.
• Able to set up configurations for electrical model files.
• Good coordination skills and ability to work with project teams, consultants and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare installation details, shop drawings, layout drawings and submission lists.
• Design, create and modify electrical circuits and cable containment routing.
• Create lighting fixtures, lighting switch, distribution board families and component libraries.
• Prepare riser, electrical, LAN and M&E room layout details.
• Attend site coordination meetings with customers and project stakeholders.
• Perform clash detection reports and resolve clashes with project engineers and customers.
• Verify BIM models to ensure proper design coordination and adequate maintenance space.
• Prepare visualisation and walkthroughs for critical or congested areas when required.
• Support CSD and room book coordination.
• Generate bills of quantities for required materials when necessary.
• Support other BIM modelling and coordination tasks required by the main contractor, consultant or client.

Job description

• Position: Electrical / M&E BIM Modeller (Revit)

• Location: Kent Ridge (4-minute walk from Kent Ridge MRT)

• Working hours: 5.25 days work week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, alternate Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm

• Gross salary up to $5200 (Basic up to $5000 + Mobile Allowance + Transport Allowance) + AWS + Performance Bonus + Labour Day Appreciation + Annual Company Trip

Main Responsibilities:
