Job summary

Position Overview

We are looking for talented BIM Modelers with at least 2 years of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) field to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and be able to produce accurate 3D models, detailed drawings, and documentation for a wide range of building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models in Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare and update 2D drawings using AutoCAD based on project requirements.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure modeling accuracy.
• Assist in producing shop drawings, construction drawings, and as‑built documentation.
• Collaborate closely with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, and Project Managers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain and adhere to project BIM standards and protocols.
• Ensure timely delivery of models and drawings in compliance with client requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the AEC industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, 2D drafting, and technical drawing production.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
