Job summary

Aptiv8 IT Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our growing AEC team. You will create accurate 3D BIM models in Revit, update 2D drawings in AutoCAD, and support project documentation across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in AEC, proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, and demonstrates attention to detail and strong teamwork to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the AEC field.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models in Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP.
• Prepare and update 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers and Project Managers to meet deadlines.
• Ensure modeling adheres to project BIM standards.
