Job summary

Keydence Systems Pte Ltd is seeking a drafter to develop and manage BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD, creating 2D/3D drawings for MEP disciplines. You will attend meetings to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure model accuracy and compliance.

The role requires input during design development for constructibility and adherence to local building codes, with strict drawing standards maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or relevant certificates in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Working Location: Office (Ang mo Kio) / Project Site
