Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeller to prepare project drawings and BIM models, including submission drawings and as-built records, in line with local guidelines.

You will coordinate with authorities and stakeholders, perform clash detection, and maintain project documentation, with 3–4 years' experience and a Diploma or Degree in Architecture or BIM. This permanent, full-time role offers a central location near Tanjong Pagar, with 5-day work weeks and a focus on quality BIM

Qualifications

• Familiar with Singapore building codes and regulations.
• Proficient in BIM, especially Autodesk Revit.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant BIM experience.
• BCA BIM Modelling certification or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, BIM, or related discipline.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a project-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all project drawings and BIM models, including submissions and as-built drawings.
• Update drawings and BIM models per BIM guidelines and document control procedures.
• Prepare accurate drawings based on instructions, measurements, and dimensions for construction.
• Ensure BIM models meet quality standards.
• Submit forms, drawings and BIM models to authorities accurately and on time.
• Liaise with authorities on submission matters with senior staff guidance.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Prepare reports and presentations for submissions.
• Conduct site walks and inspections when required.

• Working Location: Central (2-mins walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT EW15)
• Working Hours: 5-days (Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare all project drawings and BIM models, including BIM models, submission drawings, detailed drawings, clash detection coordination drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Update drawings and BIM models according to statutory BIM requirements and document control procedures, including BCA and HDB BIM guidelines.
• Prepare accurate drawings and BIM models based on instructions, sketches, notes, calculations, and dimensions for construction or building works.
• Ensure BIM models are prepared accurately and meet required quality standards.
• Prepare and submit forms, drawings, and BIM models to relevant authorities accurately and on time under the supervision of senior technical staff.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on submission matters with guidance from senior technical staff when required.
• Maintain proper project documentation and records.
• Prepare reports, letters, and presentations for submission to relevant authorities.
• Conduct site walks and inspections when required.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Singapore building codes and regulations, particularly for private and public residential projects.
• Knowledge of technical detailing and drawing preparation.
• Proficient in Building Information Modelling (BIM), particularly Autodesk Revit.
• Working knowledge of contract administration and management.
• Working knowledge of stakeholder coordination and management.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in a BIM Associate, BIM Modeller, or similar role.
• BCA BIM Modelling certification or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, BIM, or a related discipline.
• Able to follow instructions and adapt to processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a project-based environment.
