Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Drafter to develop and refine civil, structural, electrical, and MEP drawings for construction projects on-site in Singapore. The role focuses on BIM modelling using Revit and producing precise drawings for submission and construction use.

The candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field and be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with strong coordination and time-management skills to align with project timelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Services, or Architecture.
• Experience with drafting or BIM modelling is advantageous.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to prepare and interpret civil, structural, electrical, and MEP drawings.
• Familiarity with authority submissions and local regulatory requirements is advantageous.
• Good coordination, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual designs, technical drawings, and BIM models for construction projects.
• Draft and scale drawings for submission to authorities.
• Produce civil, structural, electrical, and building-services drawings.
• Model and coordinate MEP services using Revit.
• Generate quantities and costing information using Revit schedules.
• Ensure drawings and models meet project requirements and standards.
• Update drawings and BIM models per design changes and site requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on progress and variations.
• Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and submissions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Working Location: Site
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Sat: 8:30am – 1:00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual designs, technical drawings, and BIM models for construction projects.
• Draft and scale drawings for submission to the relevant authorities.
• Produce civil, structural, electrical, and building-services drawings.
• Model and coordinate MEP services using Revit.
• Generate quantities and costing information using Revit schedules.
• Ensure drawings and models comply with project requirements, regulatory specifications, and industry standards.
• Update drawings and BIM models according to design changes and site requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on work progress and variations.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and submissions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
