Job summary

KEYDENCE SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled draftsman to develop and manage BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD, and to create 2D/3D drawings for MEP disciplines.

The role requires coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with local codes. You will maintain drawing standards throughout the project lifecycle and work with the project coordinator and project manager on amendments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in BIM/Autodesk tools.
• Minimum 3 years of drafting experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm

Working Location: Office (Ang mo Kio) / Project Site

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, BIM; Create and revise 2D/3D technical drawings for MEP disciplines.
• Attend meetings to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance.
• Provide input during design development, especially for constructibility; ensuring designs adhere to local building codes and regulations.
• Maintain drawing and document standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with project coordinator and project manager for drawing amendments and updates.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum Diploma or Any Relevant Certificates in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM
• Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting work experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
