Job summary

LHC Sdn Bhd is seeking a BIM Modeller to develop and maintain detailed BIM models for fire protection systems using Revit and AutoCAD. You will coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP disciplines to ensure accurate integration within the building design.

Responsibilities include preparing shop and coordination drawings, ensuring compliance with NFPA standards, and supporting project teams with BIM deliverables.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection, Building Services, or related field.
• 2–5 years BIM modeling experience in fire protection systems.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks.
• Familiar with NFPA/FM Global or local fire codes.
• Experience on large-scale MEP/building projects.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for fire protection systems using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP disciplines for accurate integration.
• Prepare, update, and manage shop, coordination, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure models comply with codes and client requirements; perform clash detection with Navisworks.
• Attend site/coordination meetings and contribute BIM inputs.
• Maintain model documentation and version control.
