Job summary

NatSteel Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Coordinator/Modeller with 2+ years of experience in civil/structural projects. You will detail reinforcement, model building, and support cost analyses while coordinating with Sales, Production and Technical teams to meet client timelines and standards.

The role requires proficiency in Tekla Structures, Revit, AutoCAD, and Excel, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and strong responsibility.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil/structural engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ BIM coordinator/modeller experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in construction industry & RC.
• Familiar with BIM software Tekla, Revit, AutoCAD & Excel.
• Requires initiative, teamwork, and a high level of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform reinforcement detailing or modelling to meet project requirements.
• Improve work processes for cost efficiency and time savings.
• Provide best reinforcement solutions to clients to boost productivity and profitability, per codes.
• Liaise with Sales, Production & Technical to ensure timely proposals meeting client expectations.
• Develop and maintain time studies and cost analyses of labour and materials on-site.
• Provide structural design advice for internal/external customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform reinforcement detailing or modelling to meet customer and project requirements
• Assist in improvement on work processes to achieve practical work method, cost efficient and time saving
• Provide best reinforcement solution for internal & external customer to improve productivity and profitability with compliance to design codes
• Liaise with Sales, Production & Technical to ensure reinforcement solution proposal are meeting client expectation and on time
• To develop and maintain time study & cost analysis of labour & material used onsite for all structure elements
• Provide structure design advise for the internal/ external customers

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil structure engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working as BIM coordinator/Modeller
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in construction industry & reinforced concrete (RC)
• Requires initiative, teamwork skills, a strong work ethic, and a high level of responsibility
• Familiar with BIM software including Tekla structures Revit AutoCAD & Microsoft Excel
