Job summary

UNITED TEC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM modeler to construct 3D models and prepare drawings using REVIT, ensuring updates reflect the latest design information.

You will coordinate with other disciplines, perform clash checks, and produce shop drawings for civil and structural works in accordance with design criteria.

Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Structure/Architecture and at least 3 years' experience, with strong REVIT and AutoCAD skills.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of construction of 3D model and prepare drawings using REVIT software
• Updating of 3D model in accordance with latest information to ensure accuracy of shop drawings
• Collaborate and coordinate with other discipline's design-changes and model challenges
• Prepare BIM models to communicate, aid visualization and make informed decision based on the design changes
• Produce and check structural rebar shop drawings to ensure details are in line with the design criteria and specification
• Produce structural layout and detailed shop drawings for civil and structural engineering works in accordance to design criteria and specifications
• Perform clash detection to identify and resolve conflicts within models
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and project workflow requirements to ensure consistent processes
• Follow BIM content standards and development procedures to maintain quality and uniformity
• Document all drawings properly to ensure traceability and version control
• Conduct modelling quality control to uphold accuracy and completeness
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Structure, Architecture, or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
3. Knowledge of BIM Requirements in Singapore standard is a plus
4. Proficient in the use of Autodesk REVIT is a must
5. Skilled in AutoCAD for drawing linkage and clean up
6. A team player with sense of responsibility
