Job summary

AMXON CONSTRUCTORS PTE. LTD. invites skilled BIM professionals to join our team in Singapore.

You will develop and maintain detailed BIM models based on project specs and design docs, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Civil/Structural/Architecture, BIM certificate, and at least 2 years of AutoCAD drafting and Revit modelling. You will perform clash detection and produce BIM documentation, with independent, motivated work

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural/Architecture or equivalent.
• Possess BIM certificate.
• Minimum 2 years experience in AutoCAD drafting and Autodesk Revit modelling.
• Can read & understand working drawings (architecture, structural and M&E).
• Capable of working independently with strong self-motivation.
• Skilled in producing BIM documentation, modelling, coordination, and drawings.
• Proven track record with at least 2 years of hands-on BIM (Autodesk Revit) experience.

Responsibilities
