Annexion Partners Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Structural BIM Coordinator to lead 3D structural modelling and clash-free coordination on diverse building projects. You will work with engineers and MEP teams to deliver accurate BIM deliverables and coordinate across disciplines.

The role requires strong Revit/Navisworks skills, BEP adherence and effective collaboration to ensure on-time project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Structural BIM modelling and coordination within the construction or engineering industry.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, with strong knowledge of structural modelling and clash detection.
• Good understanding of reinforced concrete, structural steel systems, structural drawings and construction methodologies.
• Experience coordinating with Architectural and MEP disciplines on building or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans, BIM standards and Singapore's BIM submission requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage Structural BIM models for reinforced concrete, steel structures and other structural elements across various building and infrastructure projects.
• Develop, review and maintain accurate 3D structural models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring compliance with project specifications, BIM standards and design requirements.
• Conduct clash detection and multidisciplinary model coordination using Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts between Structural, Architectural and MEP systems.
• Collaborate closely with structural engineers, architects, consultants, contractors and BIM Modellers to ensure effective design coordination and technical accuracy.
• Prepare and review structural shop drawings, detailed construction drawings, sections and schedules extracted from BIM models.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings, prepare clash detection reports and monitor the timely resolution of technical and design-related issues.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), modelling standards, quality requirements and submission deadlines.
• Support BIM model updates throughout the design and construction phases, incorporating design revisions, site changes and as-built information.
• Provide technical guidance to BIM Modellers and coordinate modelling activities to ensure consistency, accuracy and timely project delivery.
• Assist in implementing BIM best practices, digital workflows and model-based coordination processes to improve overall project efficiency.
