Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) seeks a BIM Drafter to develop, update and submit 3D models and shop drawings using BIM software for Singapore projects in the East region. The role requires maintaining up-to-date models, generating 2D drawings and As-Built BIM submissions in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in local construction would be preferred.
• Proficient in Revit for Architecture, MEP and Structure.
• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and prepare 3D models and shop drawings for submission to clients and construction using BIM software.
• Maintain up-to-date 3D models according to the latest information and audit regularly.
• Generate 2D drawings, documentation, and As-Built BIM model submissions based on company standards.
• Work in accordance with project scope and schedule, ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure models/drawings comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications.
• Follow checking procedures to deliver high-quality models and drawings.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors to exchange latest updates and models.

• Maintain up-to-date 3D model according to the latest information and audit regularly.


• Generate 2D drawing, documentation, and As-Built BIM model and detailing submission based on company standard.


• Work in accordance with project scope and schedule, and ensure accuracy.


• Ensure models and/or drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards and specifications.


• Work in accordance with checking procedures in delivering high-quality models, drawings and/or drawings.


• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors to exchange latest updates and models.

Job Requirements

• Preferably with a minimum of 4 years relevant working experience in the local construction industry.


• Proficient in Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure) will be added bonus.


• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.


• Able to perform tasks accurately and reliably with excellent attention to detail.
