Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION (SOUTH PACIFIC) DEVELOPMENT CO. PTE. LTD. is hiring a BIM Coordinator to train modellers and drafters to our BIM standards, and to set up and monitor the modelling environment.

You will manage the model schedule against the site critical path, track BIM model and shop drawing revisions, perform QA/QC, and coordinate with the project team on site progress. The role includes clash detection, ICE sessions, and virtual mock-up coordination plus 4D/5D simulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil / Structure / Building.
• Minimum 3 years of related BIM experience.
• Experience training BIM staff and coordinating with project teams.
