Job summary

LETSCORPORATE ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a BIM Modeller – ACMV to create and maintain accurate BIM models for ACMV, ducting, piping and mechanical services using Revit MEP and AutoCAD. You will develop detailed 3D models from architectural and MEP drawings and prepare shop, coordination and fabrication drawings.

You will coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical and other MEP teams, identify clashes with Navisworks, and incorporate design changes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in BIM/MEP or related field.
• 1–3 years of BIM Modeller experience, preferably in ACMV/MEP.
• Proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD; Navisworks is an advantage.

BIM Modeller – ACMV

Job Description

• Create and maintain accurate BIM models for ACMV, ducting, piping and mechanical services using Revit MEP / AutoCAD.
• Develop detailed 3D models based on architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, fabrication drawings and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate ACMV services with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing and other MEP systems.
• Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks or other BIM coordination software.
• Incorporate design changes and project revisions into BIM models.
• Prepare sections, plans, elevations, details and schedules from BIM models.
• Assist the project team in quantity take-off and material estimation where required.
• Attend site inspections and verify site conditions for modelling and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, consultants, contractors and site teams.
• Ensure drawings and BIM models comply with project specifications, standards and requirements.
• Maintain proper document control and BIM model versioning.
• Perform other BIM-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or BIM Manager.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in BIM, Mechanical Engineering, MEP Engineering, Building Services or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller, preferably in ACMV / MEP projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ACMV systems, ducting, chilled water piping, FCU, AHU, VRV/VRF and mechanical services.
• Able to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Good understanding of BIM modelling standards and coordination processes.
• Able to identify clashes and propose practical solutions.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work on-site when required.
• Singapore project experience and knowledge of local BIM requirements will be an advantage.
