Job summary

ENGIE South East Asia PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced BIM engineer to create, update and revise BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with architects and engineers to develop client designs.

You will produce shop drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, develop Revit families up to LOD 400, manage multi-trade BIM files, coordinate with construction stakeholders and review design documents for clarity and constructability.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering / Construction / MEP or equivalent.
• Well versed in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Navisworks and BIM authoring tools like Revit.
• Min 3-4 years of experience in MEP, coordination, BIM submission.
• Able to read, analyze, understand, and interpret design and construction documents and drawings.
• Fluency with collaboration and data management solutions like BIM Collaborate Pro and BIM 360 Docs.
• Understand project workflow.

Responsibilities

Role Description

The individual is responsible for creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle. Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and work closely with architects and engineers to develop designs for clients
