Job summary

Pro-Matrix Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Modeller/Coordinator to produce accurate MEP BIM models for data center projects using Autodesk Revit. You will support Lead BIM Modeler and coordinators to deliver BIM objectives across design and construction stages.

The role involves coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve clashes, ensuring outputs align with BEP and project standards, and updating models with design development and site inputs.

Qualifications

• Experience producing MEP BIM models for data centers.
• Ability to coordinate across Architectural, Structural and MEP teams.
• Familiarity with BEP and BIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Revit.
• Produce coordinated drawings and as-built documentation.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes.
• Assist in COBie data population and asset information modelling.
• Support handover submissions and lifecycle BIM requirements.

Job description

Produce accurate and coordinated MEP BIM models and drawings in accordance with project requirements.

Support Lead BIM Modeler and BIM Coordinators in delivering BIM objectives across design and construction stages.

Participate in BIM coordination activities to resolve clashes and constructability issues.

Ensure BIM outputs align with project BEP, standards, and quality requirements.

Maintain model accuracy through regular updates based on design development and site inputs.

BIM Modelling & Documentation

• Develop and maintain MEP BIM models for data center projects using Autodesk Revit.
• Produce coordinated design drawings, shop drawings, and as‑built documentation.
• Model to the required Level of Development (LOD) as defined in the project BEP.
• Ensure modelling accuracy, consistency, and compliance with BIM standards.

Design & Coordination Support

• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP designers to resolve clashes and interface issues.
• Participate in multi‑disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and implement agreed actions.
• Assist in the review and coordination of shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Support construction teams by incorporating site feedback and design changes into BIM models.

Digital Construction & Lifecycle BIM

• Support 4D, 5D, and 6D BIM requirements as directed by the Lead BIM Modeler.
• Assist with COBie data population and asset information modelling.
• Maintain model data integrity to support handover and O&M requirements.

Standards, Compliance & Quality

• Follow project BIM standards, templates, and modelling guidelines.
• Ensure BIM outputs comply with relevant building regulations, fire codes, and project specifications.
• Participate in BIM quality checks and model audits.

Handover & As‑Built Delivery

• Assist in preparation of as‑built BIM models and DWG deliverables.
• Support timely and accurate handover submissions in line with project requirements.

Work Environment & Mobility

• Role may be based on‑site or off‑site, subject to project requirements.
• Regular site coordination and interaction with construction teams may be required.
