Job summary

GS Engineering & Construction Corp is seeking a BIM Coordinator to manage BIM model activities for M&E projects, including clash detection, model verification, and documentation preparation. The role supports BIM coordination meetings and resolves project issues to ensure smooth delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with design teams and subcontractors, performing clash detection reports, and verifying drawings for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architectural Drafting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on M&E BIM model-related projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks software applications.
• Experienced in drafting combined services drawings (CSD).
