Job summary

STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented M&E drafter to prepare, revise and maintain M&E shop drawings. You will base updates on as-built information, project specs, and site requirements, and coordinate with project engineers and site teams.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP/BIM modelling is required, along with good communication skills. This role offers ongoing project exposure and career stability in a well-established engineering contractor.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit MEP/BIM modelling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with project teams.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage drawing updates and coordination work accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise and maintain M&E shop drawings based on as-built information, project specifications and site requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant technical standards, project specifications and submission requirements.
• Liaise with Project Engineers, Project Managers and site teams to incorporate design changes and drawing amendments accurately.
• Support BIM modelling, documentation and submission processes, ensuring drawings and project records are properly maintained.
• Assist the Project Manager with project documentation, coordination and project completion activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc technical and project-related duties as assigned.

Monday - Saturday: 8.30am - 6pm

A well-established Singapore-based M&E engineering contractor specialising in ACMV, mechanical and electrical engineering solutions for major commercial, industrial, institutional and infrastructure projects, offering strong project exposure and long-term career stability.
