Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a talented BIM Modeller (Mechanical – ACMV) to join their esteemed client in the M&E Engineering industry for a 3-year contract. The position involves developing shop drawings, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and collaborating with project teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of related experience. Attractive salary package of up to $4,700 with bonus applicable.

Qualifications

• At least NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software for producing and modifying technical drawings.
• Able to work in different site locations and adapt to dynamic project environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed M&E shop drawings from as-built references and ensure timely submission.
• Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and technical standards for quality compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams to accurately update and revise drawings to support coordination and progress.
• Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for records and digital model submissions to improve project tracking.
• Support the Project Manager with project completion tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required.

• Location: Islandwide (depends on project’s location)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Thu, 8.30am to 6pm; Fri, 8.30 - 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $4,700 + Bonus
