Job summary

COENS ENERGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Architectural BIM/CAD Designer to develop BIM models for tender, design and construction phases. The role includes coordinating with architects, engineers and qualified persons for submission drawings, maintaining standards, and mentoring junior team members.

The candidate will produce accurate 3D models and 2D/3D deliverables, support quantity take-offs, and conduct site inspections to ensure constructability and alignment with project schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM for architectural works and coordination.
• Proven ability to verify and clarify architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Tender, Construction, Shop, As-Built and Coordination BIM models and drawings for Architectural works.
• Assist the design team in producing site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
• Verify and clarify architectural design drawings.
• Update drawings and BIM models based on architects' revisions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and Qualified Persons (QP) for submission drawings.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with CAD/BIM standards.
• Compile as-built BIM models and documentation.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with company CAD/BIM standards.
• Maintain drawing registers and revision control.
• Produce accurate 3D architectural BIM models ensuring constructability.
• Produce 2D and 3D deliverables according to project schedules.
• Assist with material quantity take-offs from BIM models.
• Conduct site inspections related to design coordination.
• Work closely with all disciplines for space planning and coordination.
• Maintain BIM libraries and standards.
• Attend SPM/BIM coordination meetings representing the Architectural discipline.
• Review, identify and resolve BIM clashes using Autodesk Navisworks.
• Mentor junior BIM/CAD designers.
• Lead Architectural BIM model development during tender, design and construction phases.
