Job summary

SCHINDLER LIFTS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a BIM Coordinator to support drawing work using BIM and coordinate with disciplines to ensure alignment with the BIM Execution Plan. You will monitor modelling updates and report changes as required.

Responsibilities include clash checking, coordinating design changes, and developing a project content library for project teams and stakeholders. You will report to the BIM Coordinator and carry out assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating BIM models for建筑 projects.
• Ability to monitor models and update drawings.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and execution plans.

Job description

- Use of BIM to perform drawing work.

- Leverage BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design

documentation

- Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria

- Monitor modelling/update drawings and inform BIM in charge if there are any

changes

- Checking if there is any crashing

- Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design-changes and model

challenges

- Development of a content library suitable for Project, Sales and Sales Engineering

team.

- Report to BIM Coordinator and perform work task assigned
