Job summary

Schindler Lifts (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Coordinator to coordinate design documentation using BIM methodologies and ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans. You will monitor models, coordinate with other disciplines, and report changes to the BIM lead.

Ideal candidates have BIM knowledge, drafting experience with BIM software, and a diploma or equivalent. Experience in lifts/escalators is a plus, contributing to projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of BIM and the ability to implement multidisciplinary modelling on projects.
• Preferably with drafting experience using BIM software.
• ITE/ Diploma graduate with BIM knowledge.
• Working experience in lifts and escalator business is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design documentation using BIM as the methodology.
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
• Monitor modelling and updates; inform BIM in charge of changes.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to address design changes and model challenges.

Job description

• Leverage BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
• Monitor modelling/update drawings and inform BIM in charge if there are any changes
• Checking if there is any crashing
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design changes and model challenges
• Development of a content library suitable for Project, Sales and Sales Engineering team.
• Report to BIM Coordinator and perform work task assigned
