Job summary

APOLLO BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BIM Specialist to plan, manage, and maintain BIM data across project lifecycles. You will coordinate architecture, structure, and M&E models to resolve clashes and ensure up-to-date documentation for construction teams.

Responsibilities include developing BIM templates, managing revision control, and producing precise as-built records. Strong Revit skills and BCA BIM certification are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

Required competencies and certifications

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with BIM software and modeling techniques including Navisworks, AutoCAD, BENTLEY BIM, and Civil 3D Design
• Strong knowledge of architectural, civil, and structural engineering design and construction principles
• Demonstrated teamwork and a proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take responsibility
• Effective follow-up skills to ensure task completion and project progress
