Job summary

WVP Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a BIM-focused professional to support drawing and design work using BIM software, ensuring drawings comply with project specs.

The role assists day-to-day project operations, coordinates with the construction team, and liaises with all parties involved. You will help supervise subcontractors, monitor progress, and maintain safety and quality until project completion.

Responsibilities

• To perform drawing and design work by using BIM Software;
• Ensuring that all drawings are compliant with project specifications and requirements;
• Assist in day-to-day project operations, including coordinating activities with construction team and liaise with all party involved in the project;
• Assist to supervise and control sub-contractors/ workers to carry out their works accurately and ensure timely completion of projects to the contract drawings and specifications;
• Assist to monitor construction / project progress, ensure productivity, legal compliance and all safety precaution till completion of projects;
• Co-ordinate and establish good working relationship with project team, clients, consultants and sub-contractors to facilitate effective co-ordination of work activities.
