Revit BIM Drafter – MEP / ELV

Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Specialist to develop accurate 3D models for MEP/ELV systems using Revit and support with 2D AutoCAD drawings.

You will prepare cable routing layouts, model ELV components such as CCTV and access control, and ensure BIM models meet required standards and LOD levels. You will perform clash detection, update models from RFIs and site feedback, and coordinate with engineers and other contractors.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Autodesk Revit – 3D BIM Modelling.
• Relevant ELV system BIM drafting experience is preferred.
• Experience in modelling cable trays, trunking, conduits, CCTV, card readers, speakers and other ELV components.
• AutoCAD knowledge will be advantageous.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with engineers/project teams.
• No specific academic qualification required, provided the candidate has the necessary BIM/Revit competency.
