Job summary

Singwah Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to develop and maintain BIM models for ACMV and electrical systems using Revit. You will produce coordinated 3D models, perform clash detection, and ensure compliance with BIM standards.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with 2–6 years of BIM experience, and proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Strong attention to detail and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of BIM modelling experience (ACMV / M&E preferred).
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and coordination workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
