Job summary

YENN DAR PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated M&E BIM Modeller in Singapore to produce accurate 3D BIM models and coordinated drawings for Mechanical and Electrical systems. The role supports engineers and project teams by ensuring M&E services are properly designed, coordinated, and documented per project standards.

Key tasks include developing BIM models for ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary, Electrical, and preparing shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update BIM models for M&E services (ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary, Electrical)
• Prepare coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation
• Perform clash detection and resolve M&E coordination issues with other disciplines
• Support engineers and site teams with technical details and installation drawings

Job Description – M&E BIM Modeller (Mechanical & Electrical)

The M&E BIM Modeller is responsible for producing accurate 3D BIM models and coordinated drawings for Mechanical and Electrical systems. The role supports engineers and project teams by ensuring that all M&E services are properly designed, coordinated, and documented in accordance with project standards and client requirements.
