Job summary

LINK2 MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to oversee modelling and coordination for M&E projects in Singapore. You will develop BIM execution plans, standardise libraries and lead a team of BIM Coordinators and Modellers on site at Mandai.

Responsibilities include clash detection, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with project and authority requirements for BIM deliverables. Prior experience in leadership roles and BIM/VDC certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field required.
• 5–8 years hands‑on BIM modelling and coordination in M&E/MEP building services.
• 2–3 years of lead or supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD and BIM 360/ACC.
• Certifications in BIM/VDC are advantageous.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project and authority requirements.
• Manage final as‑built BIM model submissions.

Job description

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM,depending on project requirements.

Location: Mandai, Singapore

• Standardise BIM libraries, templates, naming conventions and QC procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, project teams and other stakeholders.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with applicable project and authority requirements.
• Manage final as-built BIM model submissions.

Requirements

• Relevant Diploma or Degree.
• 5-8 years of hands-on BIM modelling and coordination experience in M&E/MEP building services.
• 2-3 years of relevant lead or supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD and BIM 360/ACC.
• Strong understanding of M&E site installation and spatial coordination.
• Relevant BIM/VDC certification is advantageous.
• Infrastructure/LTA project experience is highly advantageous.
