Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking a BIM Coordination professional to lead multidisciplinary model integration for large-scale infrastructure projects, including MRT works. You will align models with execution plans, standards, and client requirements.

The role emphasizes clash detection, schedule management, and CDE governance, requiring strong coordination skills and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360/ACC.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of BIM coordination experience in large-scale infrastructure or MRT projects.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC and Dynamo.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, M&E, Structural, Civil and other disciplines.
• Ensure models comply with BIM Execution Plans, LTA BIM standards and client requirements.
• Conduct clash detection, model validation and 3D coordination using Navisworks, BIM Track or similar platforms.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and project teams to resolve coordination issues and ensure timely model submissions.
• Support 4D simulation, construction sequencing and BIM-based planning where required.
• Manage BIM submission schedules, documentation, data exchange and CDE platforms.
• Participate in technical meetings and BIM coordination reviews.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on BIM processes, standards and software.

Our client is a leading main contractor with an established track record in large-scale infrastructure projects, offering strong project exposure, career development opportunities and a stable project pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across Architectural, M&E, Structural, Civil and other disciplines.
• Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plans, LTA BIM standards and client requirements.
• Conduct clash detection, model validation and 3D coordination using Navisworks, BIM Track or similar platforms.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of BIM coordination experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or MRT projects.
• Prior experience with main contractors and BIM implementation is essential.
• Proficient in Revit (Architectural/M&E), Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360/ACC and Dynamo.
• Familiar with LTA/MRT BIM standards, submission requirements and CDE environments.
• Strong experience in clash detection, 3D coordination and multidisciplinary model coordination.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and 4D/5D BIM applications will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction processes, design coordination and technical drawings.
• MRT systems, tunnelling, station layouts and M&E infrastructure experience will be advantageous.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.

• Location: East
• Working hours: 5.5 Days
• Salary: up to S$6,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
