Job summary

DJ Builders & Contractors Pte Ltd is seeking an MEP BIM Modeler to support development and coordination of MEP models for Singapore projects. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a diploma/degree in a related discipline.

The successful candidate will create and maintain MEP BIM models using Revit, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure deliverables meet project standards and timelines.

JOB SUMMARY

DJ Builders & Contractors Pte Ltd is looking for an MEP BIM Modeler to support the development andcoordination of MEP models for Singapore projects. A minimum of 2 years ofrelevant experience is required. The role suits a technically capable BIMprofessional who can convert engineering information into coordinated MEPmodels and drawings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain MEP BIM modelsusing appropriate BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit.
• Developmechanical, electrical and plumbing service models from drawings,specifications and design information.
• Prepare plans, sections, details andmodel-based documentation for project deliverables.
• Update BIM models accurately whendesigns, site conditions or project requirements change.
• Coordinate MEP models with architectural andstructural information.
• Assist in identifying clashes andsupport coordination and resolution activities.
• Review model information forcompleteness, consistency and accuracy.
• Extract drawings, schedules andrelevant information from BIM models as required.
• Follow project BIM standards, namingconventions, modelling procedures and submission requirements.
• Work with engineers, coordinatorsand project teams to deliver BIM outputs within agreed timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of relevantexperience is required.
• Diploma/Degree in MechanicalEngineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, MEP or a relateddiscipline is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk RevitMEP.
• Ability to read and understand MEPdrawings.
• Understanding of BIM modelling andmultidisciplinary coordination.
• Knowledge of Navisworks orclash-detection workflows is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail andtechnical accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and aspartof a multidisciplinary team.
