Job summary

VBUILD PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead modelling, clash detection, and data workflows to support drawings and proposals.

You will collaborate with site personnel and subcontractors to update drawings and resolve clashes, contributing to tender and construction sequencing. Key tasks include preparing combined services drawings, submitting BIM drawings to consultants, and developing technical proposals aligned with tender requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM modelling and project coordination.
• Proficient use of AutoCAD and Revit for detailing.
• Ability to resolve clashes and update drawings with site teams.
• Support tender and construction sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Manage BIM modelling and coordinate daily project BIM data sets and workflows to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Prepare combined services and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT for ongoing projects
• Submit BIM drawings to consultants in compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with site personnel and subcontractors to update drawings and resolve clash detections promptly
• Model project tender drawings to illustrate construction sequences effectively
• Develop BIM and Technical Proposals aligned with project tender requirements
• Support participation in annual BIM awards by assisting with preparation and submission tasks
• Perform additional tasks assigned by Project Managers or Directors as needed
