Job summary

VISION E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM professional to lead modelling and coordination of project BIM data.

The role involves preparing detailed drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT and collaborating with site teams to ensure timely, accurate documentation and tender submissions. You will coordinate with subcontractors to update drawings, resolve clashes, and develop BIM models for tender submissions, while supporting annual BIM awards submissions and project deliverables under guidance from Project

Qualifications

• BIM modelling expertise and ability to coordinate complex data
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT for detailed drawings
• Team coordination and communication within construction projects

Responsibilities

• Manage BIM modelling and coordinate daily project BIM data sets and workflows to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Prepare combined services and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and REVIT for ongoing projects
• Produce BIM drawing submissions for consultants in alignment with project timelines and requirements
• Coordinate with site personnel and subcontractors to update drawings and resolve clash detections efficiently
• Develop BIM models for project tender drawings to illustrate construction sequences clearly
• Prepare BIM and Technical Proposals tailored to project tender specifications
• Support the team in preparing submissions and materials for annual BIM awards participation
• Execute additional tasks assigned by Project Managers or Directors as needed
