Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BIM Specialist to develop, manage, and verify BIM models for project execution in Singapore. You will create 3D BIM models and 2D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project standards.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and teams across regions, perform clash detection, and support tender submissions and construction documentation. Strong communication and multi-project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling, drafting, or related construction and building projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction methodologies, building codes, and BIM workflows.
• Experience in BIM coordination, model reviews, and clash detection.
• Familiarity with SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or other rendering/visualisation software is advantageous.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and project workflows, especially in industrial or hyperscale data centre environments is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update Building Information Models (BIM) to support project execution.
• Produce accurate 3D BIM models, 2D technical drawings, schedules, and construction documentation using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Prepare detailed drawings and documentation for tender submissions, construction, and project implementation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, contractors, and regional teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct BIM model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Ensure all BIM models and technical drawings comply with project specifications, company standards, and relevant building requirements.
• Support site coordination activities and provide technical clarification when required.
• Assist with technical drawings, BIM presentations, and project-related discussions during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
• Manage multiple project deliverables while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
