Job summary

Singapore Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BIM Coordination Specialist to lead architectural, civil and structural BIM activities across projects.

You will oversee clash detection, model verification, and documentation to support timely delivery. In this role you will coordinate with design teams and subcontractors, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with project standards while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in architectural drafting.
• 3+ years in Architectural/Civil/Structural BIM projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
• Experience with combined services drawings (CSD).

Responsibilities

• Conduct clash detection on BIM models and generate reports to resolve conflicts.

Coordinate and manage BIM model activities for Architectural, Civil & Structural projects, including clash detection, model verification, and documentation preparation. Support BIM coordination meetings and resolve project issues to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design teams and subcontractors to align BIM model development and project requirements.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Architectural Drafting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on Architectural, Civil & Structural BIM model-related projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks software applications.
• Experienced in drafting combined services drawings (CSD).
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic project environment.
• Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
