Job summary

LEIGHTON CONTRACTORS (ASIA) LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) seeks a BIM Coordinator to support the BIM Execution plan and standardisation across projects. You will develop templates, supervise the Revit workflow, and assist in coordinating with stakeholders to ensure quality and consistency of shop drawings.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or building services engineering with at least 5 years in construction/design coordination and 2+ years specifically in BIM coordination or

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or building services engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Construction, Design, Drafting and Coordination (services).
• At least 2 year of BIM Coordination or BIM Management Experience in a Design, Engineering or Construction firm.

Responsibilities

• Assist BIM implementation to the BIM Execution plan.
• Creation and maintenance of the software template files to assure standards.
• Provide support for plotting and electronic file submissions.
• Assist in automating routines in BIM to support standards and productivity.
• Assist in quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced.
• Assist in developing and enforcing BIM Documentation and workflow process standards.
• Assist in training and overseeing the day to day activities of the Revit Specialist to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of Revit Model.
• Support Project Standards Coordination with Stakeholders.
• Assist on project work – modelling and detailing.
• Assist in Managing and distributing coordinated digital documents to the project team.
• Assist in linking BIM to Project Construction Administration Phase for Submission, shop drawing and modules.
• Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
