Job summary

FONDA GLOBAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a qualified candidate to specialize in Electrical Systems and BIM coordination. You will work closely with the project management team, assist in maintaining BIM standards, prepare documentation, and manage project coordination. Candidates must possess at least a recognized Degree/Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong initiative are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD software and Autodesk Revit BIM tools.
• Possess strong initiative, resourceful, and independent.

• Working closely with project management team to initiate, implement and monitor work plans.
• Assist in maintaining established BIM standards and workflow.
• Specialise in Electrical System, Surveillance Security System, Fire protection
• Prepare design and construction documentation.
• Coordinate and liaise with project team on submissions, updates or changes, and checking for clashes with other disciplines
• Handle project coordination.
• Able to use BIM software and modelling techniques including but not limited to AutoDesk, Revit (Architecture/Civil & Structural/Mechanical/Electrical), & etc.
  Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• A recognized Degree/Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD software, well‑versed in using Autodesk Revit BIM software/tools.
• Possess strong initiative, resourceful and independent
• Posesses good interpersonal skills for BIM coordination and collaborative processes.
