Job summary

MKPL ARCHITECTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a BIM professional to assist in developing and executing BIM plans at both company and project levels.

You will help review and maintain BIM standards, support architectural projects, and ensure BIM models and drawings are complete and accurate. The role involves BIM coordination with clients and external consultants, regular progress reporting to senior management, and the creation of BIM models and documents.

Qualifications

• Experience in Building Information Modelling implementation process.
• Project Management experience (BIM & project).
• Experience with technical, tender documentation & authority submission.
• Experience with Revit software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing BIM Executive plan at company level and project level.
• Assist to review, develop and maintain office BIM documentation standards.

• Meet with Senior Management regularly and provide reports on BIM status and standards development.

Job Scope:

• Assist in developing and executing BIM Executive plan for company level and project level;
• Assist to review, develop and maintain office BIM documentation standards;
• Assist and support the office in any kind of architectural projects and ensure completeness and accuracy of the BIM model and drawings;
• BIM coordination with client and external consultants;

Detailed Job Description:

• Be technically proficient in prevailing BIM standards and to maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM best practices;
• Assist to develop or co-author office BIM standards;
• Ensure that the firm performs within set technical guidelines by providing or co-authoring standard operating procedures;
• Meet with Senior Management regularly and give regular reports, which include individual's performance, project status and development of BIM standards;
• Ensure that technical procedures, documentations and standard policies are adhered to;
• To assist in setting up and periodically review the BIM reference library;
• Create and develop BIM models and documents;
• Continued coordination of BIM model with third parties such as consultants, specialists, contractors, clients and the like;
• Assist Senior in technical training to the office and provide continuing coaching and upgrading as required;
