Job summary

OUR RECRUITERS LLP is seeking a BIM Coordinator (Electrical) to manage the model coordination, set up project workflows, and prepare clash-free Revit models for electrical systems on Singapore projects. You will handle BIM setup, 2D/3D drawings, and on-site co-ordination with the project team.

The role requires strong reading of drawings, BIM certificate, and experience with large construction projects. Singapore-based assignment with on-site execution and close collaboration with document

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' working experience as BIM Co-ordinator & 5 years' working experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Able to read and understand drawings.
• Software knowledge required: Revit Certificated specialist, Navisworks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion will be an advantage.
