Responsibilities

• Create accurate and organized BIM models.
• Develop plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation for tender and construction.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Manage process of coordination, exchange of data and collaboration of BIM with project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture/Engineering/ Construction, Specialist Diploma in BIM or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years similar experience as a Modeller in Main Contractor firms.
• Candidate with HDB BTO project experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and structural construction documents.
• Well versed in Revit/BIM software in Archi and Structure as well as MEP.
• Conversant in Singapore Construction Industry regulation
