INM Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a CAD/BIM Designer to prepare technical drawings and BIM models for construction projects. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawings meet specifications and standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of CAD/BIM drafting experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and knowledge of Singapore construction standards. You will support BIM coordination and site-change updates while maintaining records.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of CAD/BIM drafting experience in construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and revise CAD drawings and BIM models based on project requirements.
• Coordinate drawings and models with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and company standards.
• Assist in BIM coordination and clash detection activities.
• Update drawings and models according to site changes and design revisions.
• Support submission drawings and as-built documentation preparation.
• Maintain proper drawing records and documentation.
• Attend project coordination meetings when required.
